Studio Bajo A with separate bedroom in Teatinos

The building’s most spacious studio: 30 m² on the ground floor with a separate bedroom, ideal for keeping rest and study apart. A living room with sofa, coffee table and timber floors; a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and LED lighting; a work area with a desk against a colourful patterned-tile wall; and a bathroom with double vessel basins on a timber vanity.

The building is in Teatinos, a short walk from the University of Málaga campus, in a young neighbourhood with supermarkets, cafés, gyms and good bus links to the city centre. Residents share a large rooftop terrace reserved for the building’s twelve students, with tables in the sun and open views.
