This policy explains what personal data Entrance Worldwide Commercial Brokers ("Entrance", "we") collects through this website, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies wherever you are; the section "Information for your country" adds the specific points required by the law of your jurisdiction.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Entrance Worldwide Commercial Brokers, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, with commercial presence in Paraguay, Spain, the United Kingdom, Singapore and the United States.
For any question about privacy, or to exercise your rights, write to info@entranceworldwide.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer; this address reaches the team responsible for privacy.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what you give us and the minimum technical data needed to run the website:
Contact forms: your name, company, email address, phone number with its country code, the areas you are interested in and your message.
Context of your enquiry, sent with it: the language of the page, the page you wrote from, the button you used to open the form, your time zone and, only if you allow it, the country detected from your IP address.
Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider records the IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and to keep the service running.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or social-media tracking of any kind, and we do not create profiles.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
To detect your country from your IP address, pre-select your phone code and tell us where the enquiry comes from. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in "Cookie settings".
To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
To comply with legal obligations that apply to us. Basis: legal obligation.
4. Who else receives it
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We only share it with the service providers that make the website work, acting on our instructions, and, within the Entrance Worldwide group, with the division that handles your enquiry:
Hostinger (website hosting): server logs.
HubSpot (contact management): the content of the form, which we keep in our HubSpot account to handle and follow up your enquiry. The website does not load HubSpot’s tracking code or its cookies.
country.is (country detection), only if you give consent: your IP address, to return a country code. It does not receive any other data.
5. International transfers
Our providers and our offices are in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and the United States. When the law of your country requires it, we rely on the safeguards it provides for these transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or on your consent.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and follow them up, and for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact unless a business relationship starts, in which case the retention periods required by commercial and tax law apply. The country detected with your consent is only kept in your browser until you close the tab. Server logs are deleted according to the hosting provider’s schedule.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to info@entranceworldwide.com; we will reply within one month, or sooner if your law requires it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country, listed in "Information for your country".
8. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use cookies. It uses the storage of your own browser for two things, listed below. Only the second is optional, and it only works if you accept it; you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
